The Spirit of Jupiter (SOJ) is the marching band at JHS. Over the years, they have won 4 State Championships. This ensemble puts on a new show every year and competes throughout the state of Florida with other marching bands.

The Color Guard is a vital and dynamic part of the Spirit of Jupiter Marching Band, adding color, energy, and drama to every performance. Through a combination of dance, flag work, rifles, and sabers, the Color Guard enhances the visual impact of our marching shows, bringing the music to life in a way that captivates audiences.

Whether you have prior experience or are new to the activity, the Color Guard welcomes anyone with a passion for performance and a desire to work as a team.

The Wind Symphony is the premier concert ensemble at Jupiter High School. Musical repertoire consists of advanced high school, collegiate, and professional level literature.  The Wind Symphony is an audition-based ensemble that performs regularly in concerts and events throughout Florida and has earned state recognition for musical excellence.

The Symphonic Band is composed of the majority of students in the program and performs pieces at an intermediate level.

The Jazz Ensemble is made up of young, talented musicians who have interests in the musical styles of Jazz. There are currently two Jazz Band ensembles that perform a variety of different jazz styles, including Swing, Rock, Pop, and Latin.
